Friends of Diversity FM
Diversity FM is in need of your help. We are looking to recruit a number of people from the Lancaster and Morecambe area who will act as the Friends of Diversity FM and who would take some responsibility for helping to fundraise for the station within our local district. We are asking you to consider become a Friend if you feel you have something to offer in this area.
The Friends would act as an independent group who would meet regularly and would be made up of volunteers and other interested people. We envisage the Friends taking some responsibility for:
Raising the profile of the radio station within the district
Local fundraising through events and other activities
Arrange social events for volunteers
Helping to shape the future of the station
Feeding back to station staff on content and quality
In return we will offer you our unending gratitude as you will be helping to secure the future of the station as it strives to serve the community of Lancaster and Morecambe.
If you are interested in becoming a Friend of Diversity FM please contact Duncan on 01524 383394 or e-mail office@diversityfm.co.uk
Alternatively if you feel you would like to support us but can't commit any time, you could help by making a donation to our running costs. We'd be grateful for any amount, no matter how small. Please visit our donation page for further details.
